Chicken salad

Starting with a starter 🙂

Preparation time: 10 mins | Serves: 4



1. Boneless chicken- 2 cups
2. Cabbage – 1/4 cup
3. Carrot – 1/4 cup
4. Onion – 1/4 cup
5. Mayonnaise – 1 cup
6. Lemon juice – 1 tbspn
7. Salt & Pepper – to taste


Boil chicken pieces with vegetables, salt and crushed pepper.Otherwise boil chicken in vegetable stock.
Take chicken from it , cut into small pieces and take in a bowl.
Mix chicken with grated carrot, cabbage , chopped onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
