Chocolate fudge with Chocolate sauce and nuts

No bake fudge of chocolate made on the stove top.

Preparation time: 10 mins | Serves: 4


Chocolate fudge


Maida           – 3/4 cup
Sugar           – 1 cup
Egg             – 1
Milk            – 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder    – 1/4 cup
Butter          – 1/2 cup
Baking powder   – 1 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Boiling water   – 1/2 cup
Salt            – 1/2 tsp

1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, butter, powdered sugar, water, vanilla essence and salt.

2. Add egg and milk into the mix and beat the batter till it become smooth.

3. Transfer the batter into a baking tin that coated with butter and sprinkle some flour over it.

4. Take some water and place a ring in the pressure cooker and place the cake tin on it.

5. Cover the cooker with its lid, without the whistle and let it cook for high flame for five minutes then reduce the flame and cook it for 30 to 40 minutes.

6. To check whether the cake is cooked, insert a knife into it . If the knife comes out clear, then cake is cooked. If it comes out sticky let it cook for some more time.


Chocolate Sauce


Sugar – 1 cup

Butter- 1/4 cup

Cocoa powder- 1/2 tspn

Vanilla essence  – 1 tspn

Milk     – 1/4 cup

1. Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and cook it for one minute.

2. Pour the chocolate sauce on the prepared chocolate fudge and give a roasted nut topping . I am here used roasted cashew nuts.

Now njoy the sweetness !!!!!!
